You can give us feedback in a formal way by writing to the practice manager, or in an informal way by speaking to our staff.
If your feedback is actually a complaint, you should make this complaint in the formal way and specifically mark it as a complaint - please see the Complaints Procedure.
You can, however, make us a suggestion for improvement without making a complaint.
You can also make positive comments about your experience of our services which are gratefully received.
